Avon Technologies plc announces that on 22 December 2025, ordinary shares of £1 each were acquired by Rich Cashin, a PDMR, pursuant to an award held under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan that vested on 22 December 2025. The Award vested at 50% based on the final assessment of the Award's performance conditions.
