SALE OF ORDINARY SHARES AND B SHARES FROM TREASURY

The Board of CT UK High Income Trust PLC announces that on 24 December 2025 the Company sold from treasury 100,000 Ordinary shares at a price of 114.00p per Ordinary share and sold from treasury 100,000 B shares at a price of 114.00p per B share.

Following this transaction the Company's issued share capital consists of 102,067,144 Ordinary shares and 32,076,703 B shares, of which 13,494,491 Ordinary shares and 1,642,953 B shares are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of shares with voting rights in CT UK High Income Trust PLC is 88,572,653 Ordinary shares and 30,433,750 B shares.

The above figures (88,572,653 Ordinary shares and 30,433,750 B shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, CT UK High Income Trust PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
