IG Group Holdings plc ("IG Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.005 pence each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by IG Group on 3 September 2025, as announced on 4 September 2025:

IG Group intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 21,231,655 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 340,326,213 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).


 


Since 4 September 2025, IG Group has purchased 8,129,418 shares at a cost of £90,343,611.99 (excluding fees and taxes).
