Dealings by Person Closely Associated with Director
Bezant (AIM: BZT), the copper-gold exploration and development company, has been notified that Sylvia Vrska the wife of its Executive Chairman Colin Bird and thus a person closely associated with him ("PCA") on 24 December 2025 purchased 5,000,000 ordinary shares of par value 0.002 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 0.075 pence per Share and on 29 December 2025 purchased 15,200,000 Shares at a price of 0.0885 pence per Share ("Share Purchases"). As a result of the Share Purchases Colin Bird and his PCA now have an aggregate interest in 1,083,200,654 Shares representing 6.22% of the Company's Shares.
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations (EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("UK MAR").
