The Company announces that, in accordance with the authority granted at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on 20 May 2025, today the Company purchased 95,000 Ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company (SEDOL: BD6H5D3 / ISIN: GB00BD6H5D36), representing approximately 0.0383% of the issued Ordinary share capital, at a price of 170.00 pence per Ordinary share. The Ordinary shares bought back will be placed in treasury.


 


As a result of the above transaction, the Ordinary shares in issue, shares held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are now as follows:
