The Company announces that it agreed on 30 December 2025 to allot 100,000 ordinary shares at a price of 240.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.
These shares will be issued for cash on 2 January 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 192,074,679.
