Change of auditor
Inspecs Group plc, a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of eyewear (sunglasses, optical frames and low vision products) announces that, following a review of its audit arrangements and a subsequent competitive tender process, the Board has appointed Grant Thornton UK LLP as the Company's external auditor.
Grant Thornton UK LLP will conduct the audit of the Company's financial statements for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
Ernst & Young LLP, the Company's previous auditor, has resigned and in accordance with Section 519(3B) of the Companies Act 2006, has confirmed that there are no circumstances connected with their resignation that need to be brought to the attention of the Company's shareholders.
