Chief Financial Officer appointment to the Board

The board of directors of Beacon Rise Holdings Plc (the "Board") is pleased to announce that Mr Mark Tavener has been appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with effect from 1 January 2026. Mr Tavener joined the Company as non-board CFO in August 2025.

As a Board member, Mr Tavener will coordinate and oversee day-to-day financial operations across the Company and its subsidiaries, implementing the Company's financial strategy.

Mark Wrenford Tavener is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience both within the accountancy sector in the audit and corporate finance sectors and more recently, as CFO of AIM quoted Manolete Partners plc.

The Board believes that Mr Tavener's experience and expertise will be instrumental in supporting the Company's accurate financial reporting and long-term strategic objectives.
