Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market of the following:

As at 31 December 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 19,097,256 Ordinary shares of 40p each.  There are no shares held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 19,097,256 and should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation of notifiable interests in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
