Redcentric plc (AIM: RCN), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that the Company has been notified that on 31 December 2025, Richard McGuire, Non-Executive Director of Redcentric, purchased 24,992 'Ordinary Shares' at 119.2 pence each in the Company. Following this transaction, his current holding is 75,000.
