The Company announces that it repurchased 70,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 1121.68 pence per share.


 


Following the transaction, the Company holds 112,048,057 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 169,585,853 The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
