Total voting rights
The following notification is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA").
The Company confirms that at the close of business on 31 December 2025 its issued share capital consisted of 473,948,031 ordinary shares of £0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares"), each carrying the right to one vote at a general meeting of the Company. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at the close of business on 31 December 2025 was 473,948,031.
The above figure of 473,948,031 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
