Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1), Wetherspoon makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.
As at 2nd January 2026, the issued share capital of the Company now consists of 111,730,115 ordinary shares, with a nominal value of £0.02, each with voting rights. The company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury; therefore, the total number of voting rights in Wetherspoon is 111,730,115.
Shareholders may use the above figure of 111,730,115 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in Wetherspoon under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
