Essentra plc (the Company") announces that in accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the FCA's Disclosure, Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 December 2025 the Company's issued share capital consiststed of 288,264,801 ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares"). Of these Ordinary Shares, 3,127,057 are held in Treasury.


 


Accordingly, as at 31 December 2025 there were 285,137,744 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.


The figure of 285,137,744 should be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest in Essentra plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
