JD Sports Fashion plc - Total Voting Rights

The following notification is made in accordance with Rule 5.6 of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

As at close of business on 31 December 2025, JD Sports Fashion plc confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue was 5,026,231,568 at £0.0005 each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. 79,897,460 ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this announcement. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 4,946,334,108 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
