Total Voting Rights

As at 31 December 2025, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 38,174,663 ordinary shares of 1 penny each (''Ordinary Shares''). The Company holds no Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 38,174,663. This figure may be used by shareholder as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
