Total Voting Rights


In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or the "Company") notifies the market of the following:


As at 31 December 2025, RWS's issued and fully paid share capital comprised 369,807,646 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("RWS Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any RWS Shares in Treasury.  


 


Therefore the total number of voting rights in RWS is 369,807,646 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RWS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
