In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares in issue at the close of business on 31 December 2025 was 851,916,874 at £0.01p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. 4,778,541 ordinary shares are held in treasury as at the date of this announcement. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 847,138,333 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
