TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's ('FCA') Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, the Company notifies the market that, as at 31st December 2025:
§ the Company's issued share capital comprised 492,848,584 Ordinary shares of 50p each ('Shares'), each with one vote;
§ the Company holds no Ordinary shares of 50p each in treasury; and
§ the total number of voting rights in the Company is 492,848,584.
The above figure of 492,848,584 may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
