Director dealings: Metlen, Coca-Cola HBC disclose CEO trades

(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings disclosed to the London market on Monday were two involving Metlen Energy & Metals and Coca-Cola HBC.
Metlen Energy said an entity closely associated with its chairman and chief executive Evangelos Mytilineos had purchased shares in the company.
Kitleo acquired 10,000 shares at a price of €44.0999 each, according to the notification.
The transaction was completed on 31 December on the Athens Stock Exchange, where Metlen also maintains a listing.
Coca-Cola HBC separately reported transactions linked to the vesting of deferred bonus shares awarded to chief executive Zoran Bogdanovic.
A total of 18,941 shares vested on 31 December under the company's management incentive plan, relating to his 2022 performance-related bonus.
Of those, 1,009 shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 3,857.3122p per share to cover tax and other liabilities, while the remaining 17,932 shares were retained.
