Netcall secures £3m, multi-year deal with existing customer

(Sharecast News) - Netcall said on Wednesday that it has secured a £3m multi-year Liberty cloud contract with an unnamed S&P 500 global financial services group, strengthening an existing relationship and increasing recurring revenues.

The AIM-traded enterprise software company said the agreement expanded on the customer's initial adoption of its Liberty platform in the second half of the 2025 financial year, and lifted the customer's annual subscription to £1m.

It said the deal would embed Liberty more deeply into the customer's core operations through a global case management application.

Netcall said the application, delivered on Liberty Create with embedded artificial intelligence, would automate case workflows from intake to resolution, integrate with core systems and standardise processes across the organisation.

The company said that was expected to reduce manual effort, improve oversight and deliver actionable analytics to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Netcall said the contract supported its land-and-expand strategy with large enterprise customers, improves visibility over future recurring revenues and strengthens its position within a key vertical market.

"This contract reflects the strength of our land-and-expand strategy and Liberty's ability to scale across critical business processes," said chief executive James Ormondroyd.

"By extending into core case management, our customer is accelerating automation and standardisation across global operations.

"Their confidence in our platform underlines Liberty's proven ability to deliver rapid operational improvements for customers worldwide."

At 1323 GMT, shares in Netcall were up 3.96% at 114.88p.
