Update of Official List

£400,000,000 3.125 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2047

originally issued by Catalyst Housing Limited

Following a transfer of engagements from Catalyst Housing Limited on 3 April 2023, pursuant to section 110 of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014, all assets and liabilities of Catalyst Housing Limited (including, but not limited to, its obligations under the £400,000,000 3.125 per cent. Secured Bonds due 2047 (ISIN: XS1706110555) (the Bonds)) became assets and liabilities of Peabody Trust.  Consequently, Peabody Trust was (by operation of law) substituted as issuer of the Bonds, effective from 3 April 2023.  Peabody Trust has requested that the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and the records of the London Stock Exchange be amended to reflect the substitution, which is expected to take effect on or around 16 January 2026.
