The Company wishes to notify the correction of an error in the announcement dated 16 January 2026 in relation to the Block Listing Application (RNS: 1348P) in which an adviser was incorrectly included.


The corrected details are as follows:


NIOX Group plc today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 165,413 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.


These Ordinary Shares will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the exercise of options under the following schemes:

It is expected that admission of the newly block listed Ordinary Shares will become effective on 21 January 2026. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
