The Company announces that it agreed on 20 January 2026 to allot 320,000 ordinary shares at a price of 251.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  


 


These shares will be issued for cash on 22 January 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 193,789,679.
