The Company was notified on 9 March 2026 by Computershare Investor Services plc, the provider of the all-employee Share Incentive Plan (the "Plan"), that it purchased ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Company on 6 March 2026 on behalf of, and awarded matching shares to, the following Directors/PDMRs.
