Following the transaction, the Company issued share capital is 229,332,478 Shares. The Company holds 7,888,474 Shares in treasury, which do not carry any voting rights. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 221,444,004 Shares. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
