Transaction in own shares

Dunelm Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 9 March 2026 it purchased the following number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company pursuant to its share buyback programme, details of which were announced on 16 February 2026:

The purchased shares will be held in treasury and may be utilised to satisfy employee share-based award obligations. These purchases successfully complete the share buyback programme announced on 16 February 2026.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 203,426,835 ordinary shares of which a total of 2,139,268 shares are held in treasury, including shares which have been purchased but not yet settled. Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in the Company is 201,287,567 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 201,287,567 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
