Transaction in own shares

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 9 March 2026, it purchased 17,500 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 535.5 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 535.5 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 535.5 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Liberum Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.04% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 42,731,812.  Science Group holds 3,454,062 shares in treasury.

The figure of 42,731,812 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
