AB Dynamics finds new group CFO internally

(Sharecast News) - AB Dynamics announced the appointment of Edward Haycock as group chief financial officer on Wednesday, with his board appointment as group finance director to take effect on 1 September.
Haycock, currently the group's director of financial reporting, will assume the CFO role on 1 December after a handover with interim CFO Andrew Lewis and following publication of the company's results for the year ending 31 August 2026.
Chairman Dick Elsy said Haycock had emerged as the standout candidate after an extensive search, while chief executive Sarah Matthews-DeMers said he had played a key role in sustaining the group's strategic and financial momentum over the last two years.
At 1014 BST, shares in AB Dynamics were up 1.41% at 1,079p.
