(Sharecast News) - Volution said on Thursday that adjusted earnings per share for the year ending 31 July was expected to reach around 38.0p, 4% ahead of market consensus and 15% higher than the prior year, driven by margin expansion, resilient organic growth and acquisitions.
Revenue was forecast to rise by around 15%, including constant-currency organic growth of about 3%, with Continental Europe expected to deliver the strongest underlying increase.
The FTSE 250 ventilation products group said operating margins had expanded across all three regions, while the acquisition of AC Industries had performed well and supported second-half margins.
Operating cash conversion was expected to exceed its 90% target and year-end leverage was forecast at around 1.6 times, leaving the group with capacity for further acquisitions and investment.
At 0921 BST, shares in Volution Group were up 2.68% at 652p.
