GPE commits to Soho Square Estate redevelopment

(Sharecast News) - Great Portland Estates said it had committed to the redevelopment of its Soho Square Estate, in London's West End.


The 90,000 sq ft development will include 75,000 sq ft of offices and 15,000 sq ft of retail space fronting Oxford Street, near the Tottenham Court Road tube station.
